AIA has made it possible for Dickson & Associates, to walk and talk like the bigger agencies in our industry.  When starting an agency, one of the problems is getting direct appointments with Standard Markets.  Not a problem when you have the AIA.  Also, because of the large premium dollars that AIA places with these markets, we know we are going to be competitive when we quote an account.  But, I believe the best benefit of being a member of the AIA is being able to pick up the phone and know that the person on the other end is there to help.  Thanks to everyone at AIA.
